Elizabeth is a real estate and accounting professional with more than 20 years of industry experience. She is a graduate of Kutztown University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Elizabeth worked in finance in New York City for 10 years for large investment firms, including AIG, Nomura Securities and Barclays Capital. She specialized in corporate reporting, budgeting, product control, and real estate. Elizabeth and her family relocated back to Philadelphia to raise a family in 2014. She has worked solely in the Philadelphia real estate market since that time. She ran a property management company for five years and has been working in real estate accounting exclusively since 2019. Elizabeth’s skills and experience include accounting, financial reporting, private equity, construction, property management, budgeting, audit, tax, system implementations and data migrations, cash management, and HR. She also has her real estate license that she has used in both sales and leasing capacities in the Northern New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets since 2012. Elizabeth’s personal hobbies include cooking, traveling, gardening and spending time with her family.
