Jack Talhelm

Jack grew up in central Pennsylvania and graduated from Temple University, majoring in Economics and minoring in Criminal Justice. Following graduation, he discovered his passion for real estate and got to work.

Previously, Jack worked as a property manager while also attaining his real estate license.  He still conducts property tours for his brokerage and continues to help friends and family with any of their real estate needs.  Jack brings unique insight to our team, with his experience of co-managing 600 units and holding a license.

As Development Associate, Jack works under our Director of Development assisting with the intricacies of the development process, from underwriting to project completion.  He also supports all other departments whenever he’s needed.  Jack is eager to expand his knowledge of the industry and contributes a fresh perspective to our dynamic field.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, listening to all types of music, staying active and being Philly’s #1 Green Bay Packers fan.
