Alicia is a former graduate of Neumann University in Aston, PA with a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Accounting. She began her career in real estate accounting working for
The Michaels Organization (TMO), a multi-million-dollar residential real estate
development and property management company, specializing in government-subsidized
rental programs nationwide.  She rose to the position of Regional Accounting Manager for
TMO, responsible for the financial management of a portfolio consisting of 24 properties
(2,400 units). In 2010, after relocating to Southern California, she began working as the
Controller for Blackhawk Capital Group, an independent, licensed, full-service real estate
brokerage, investment and property management firm. At Blackhawk, she provided
accounting and financial reporting functions for multiple properties located throughout
Southern California and the Pacific Northwest. In her most recent prior role, as the
Controller for Strategic Funding Alternatives, she quickly became the right hand of the
managing partner, providing all accounting functions for a growing portfolio of
commercial real estate properties located throughout Northern and Southern New Jersey.
When not at work, Alicia enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her husband
and fur babies.
