Ellen Spivack

Ellen Spivack is a highly accomplished operations leader, with an impressive track record of over three decades in effectively overseeing more than 2,000 residential property units within the landscape of Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, and Chester counties in Pennsylvania. In her role as the Executive Director of Property Management at Design Pro Development, Ellen bears the pivotal responsibility of managing and optimizing internal operational processes. Her overarching goal is to drive operational efficiency, ensuring the delivery of an unparalleled customer experience for the company’s residents while simultaneously securing robust financial results for its esteemed shareholders.​

Ellen has built high-performing teams at some of the most respected multi-family housing companies in the region, such as Toll Management Company. Her tenure is punctuated by a remarkable history of annual Net Operating Income (NOI) growth within the portfolios under her purview, coupled with an unwavering commitment to maintaining occupancy rates exceeding 97% and an average delinquency rate of merely 2%. Ellen’s skill set extends beyond operational excellence, encompassing the ability to empower teams, foster transparent communication, and cultivate a culture of diversity and inclusion at Design Pro.​

A native of Abington PA, and a Penn State University graduate, Ellen continues to live in suburban Montgomery County with her husband and children. She enjoys spending time with her family and her two rescue dogs who are the love of her life. Ellen’s happy place is on her favorite beach at the Jersey shore during the summer, as well as its tranquility throughout the year round. Otherwise, she loves to travel, spend quality time with her close friends, and exploring the many culinary delights throughout our region.
