Director of Maintenance
Hailing from the vibrant and hardworking culture of Jamaica, Mark brings a rich blend of heritage and global perspective to the team. With a unique background that spans from Finance to Engineering, Mark discovered a passion for working with HVAC systems along the way. The proud graduate of Pennsylvania State Univeristy merges financial acumen with engineering outlooks to serve as our well-versed Maintenace Director. Daily application of these skill sets have enabled him to be sucessful in his 20-year tenure dealing with mult-family properties. Married and a devoted parent to two children, he values commitment and balance. Mark lives by his favorite quote in which he created, “The three subdivisions of success; CONSISTENCY, EFFICIENCY, AND PERSISTENCY!”
